-I like this photo because it's like girl taking on city, but the girl seems to be less enchanted with the city and more disgusted or preoccupied with something going on out of frame-2. SS: 100, because their must have been a lot of light in the scene so the photographer would not want it to be over exposed, but their is not too much movement so it does not need to be that fast.
3. F: 6 because the woman is in focus, and the buildings behind her are not as crisp and as in focus as she is.
4. ISO: 200 because the picture is clear, and there seems to be no reason to use a higher ISO than that.
