Tech Questions

1. The gradient tool is the rectangle  six boxes down on the right hand side that is white on one side and black on the other.  The pen tool is eight boxes down on the left hand side and looks like a fancy calligraphy pen.  The shape tool is nine boxes down on the right hand side, and can look like and number of shapes, rectangle, triangle, square, polygon etc.

2. The gradient will look lighter as it goes up, and darker as it goes down.

3. On the settings bar select the second one over and click then choose the one that transitions from your color to little checkered boxes.

4. You have made vector art.

5. No it is not.

6. Black.

7. Click and hold on the shape tool, and then select the ellipse tool.

9. Dots per inch.

10. They are the same size, you can tell by the rulers on the side, but the person pressed command + to maximize the page.
