I emulated this photo of reflections on water. I found this photo on a art sharing site from an unnamed artist. I like this photo because of the color, mood, and overall composition. Reflections are an interesting topic to look into because many times reflections are a symbol of someone's true personality, or of how one perceives themselves, or how they are perceived, such as mirrors. This photograph is of nature, and of a certain being/thing contrasting nature. I have captured reflections on water in my photos as well. To emulate the "nature contrasted" theme of this photo I photographed water, from a recent rain, captured inside of different man made objects (E.g. Pots, birdbath, dips in pavement). With this project I have tried to capture a "moment" where reflections are captured, and a story is made.
